Chris has truly mastered the craft of smoking great tasting food. I recently had his pulled chicken and smoked baked potato’s at a wedding reception and they both were AMAZING! Five-Star Perfection from Start to Finish! We recently attended an event catered by this family-run team. Pitmaster Chris is a master of his craft. The barbecue was the star of the show—perfectly smoked, incredibly tender, and packed with deep, rich flavor. You can tell Chris dedicates hours to perfecting the smoke and texture - the pulled pork will melt in your mouth. The homemade sauces were amazing as well. Then came the dessert - Natalie completely blew us away. Her baked goods are pure artistry. Every item was beautifully presented, scratch-made, and flavorful.
